There is no need to get flustered with the thought of hosting Christmas lunch this year as Brown’s Hotel is running masterclasses on how to prepare the perfect Christmas dinner. The classes are being run by the hotel’s Executive Chef and include a demonstration on preparing the ideal Christmas lunch, complete with all the trimmings and a turkey carving lesson over a glass of chilled Champagne.
